ALL RACE PILOTS AND THEIR PASSENGERS HAVE FROM 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM EASTERN TIME TO REGISTER FOR THE RACE. DO NOT BE LATE TO REGISTRATION BECAUSE IT WILL CLOSE AT 8:30 AM EASTERN TIME.
Entry fee for SARL members: $35. Non-SARL members: $45
PRE-RACE BRIEF IS MANDATORY AND BEGINS AT 9:00 AM EASTERN TIME.

RACE START: 10:00 AM EASTERN TIME.
Montgomery Aviation, our host FBO will be cooking up a hearty pancake breakfast to go along with their cheerful welcoming nature. Grab a seat at the table under the big shady canopy and chow down!
Montgomery Aviation's Ramp Boss will have total control for a safe environment on the ground. This is not their first rodeo - you'll be in good hands.
After the race while we're waiting for scores enjoy a lunch - free for air racers. As soon as we have scores we'll post them, but we hope you will stay to support the Downs Syndrome fundraising event.
Expect to be asked to participate in a candy drop for the kids, be open to the idea of giving rides in your race plane, and be ready to sign autographs and pose for pictures. There will be lots of families very excited to see race planes up close and to meet the pilots - let's make it a fun event for them too!
After it's all over we'll say our goodbyes until next year, or until the next race. Won't you join us?
